BFA-1 allows SOCOM units to conduct training at the unit level and with partner forces utilizing SUREFIRE or most prong flash hiders. BFA-1 is the only multi prong flash hider adapter and significantly cheaper the the SF-BSD-5.56 for SUREFIRE flash hiders. BFA-1 is simple, lightweight and rugged allowing reliability in the harshest training environment.
